Blue Manna Waters – Apartment B is ideally located in the heart of Ardrossan with sea views to the jetty, and can sleep up to 5 guests. It is ideal for an overnight stay, work visit or a holiday. It has 3 bedrooms (Queen, 2 Singles, Single) and all bedding, linen and towels are provided for your stay. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and a toilet, plus there is a top load washing machine. The open plan lounge, kitchen, dining room opens out onto the balcony to bring the sea breezes in. There is also reverse cycle air-conditioning, and the bedrooms have pedestal fans. The lounge room has a television with USB port & DVD player, and the adjacent kitchen is well-equipped with a benchtop oven, electric frypan & cooktop, microwave & fridge/freezer. For guests, tea & coffee provisions are also supplied. The balcony of Blue Manna Waters – Apartment B is shared with Apartment A, and each apartment has their own part of the balcony, with outdoor seating and a hooded barbecue. Guests can park their car in the private undercover parking, plus there is space in the car park area for a boat. Blue Manna Waters – Apartment B is located close to 2 hotels, cafes and the bakery; with the supermarket within easy walking distance.

Refundable Bonds

Security Bond

  • A refundable security bond may be payable for a property; a bond may also be required in lieu of credit card details for security prior to obtaining key details.

Pet Bond

  • At a pet friendly property, a minimum $100 refundable pet bond is to be paid (refer to Terms & Conditions).
  • If an online booking has been made & Country Getaways has been advised that you are bringing a dog, you authorise that the $100 refundable pet bond is processed to the card used for the booking transaction.

Long Weekends, SA Schoolies & Peak Season Bonds

For any bookings on long weekends, SA schoolies & peak season; a $250 refundable security bond is to be paid by credit card prior to obtaining key access details (not applicable when a property bond is already in place).

Debit Cards

Please note for any reservations where a debit card is used as a form of payment, a $250 refundable security bond must be paid.

Refundable bonds are only to be processed to a credit card.

The property cleaner will advise the bond status following your departure, and your bond less any debits, will be refunded within 14 business days of your date of departure via the method paid.

Ardrossan is a popular fishing spot, where visitors are bound to go home rewarded with plentiful catches. The coastal township is famous for its Blue Swimmer Crabs, and the long fishing jetty is well known for catching the tasty delicacies by net or you can rake the shallows.

Boaties are well catered for at Ardrossan with an all weather boat ramp from which to launch. Some of the fish that can be caught at Ardrossan include Tommy Ruffs, Mullet, Garfish, squid or the prized King George Whiting.

In addition to the Blue Swimmer Crab, it is also home to another SA Icon – the Stump Jump Plough. The Stump Jump Plough was manufactured by Clarence Smith in Ardrossan during the 1870’s; the Ardrossan & District Historical Museum is now housed in the former C.H. Smith Factory.

The lookout at the Arrium (formerly One Steel) dolomite mine (on the southern edge of the township) has fantastic views of Yorke Peninsula and across the Gulf St Vincent to Adelaide.

The Zanoni Shipwreck, located 10 nautical miles off the coast is a popular wreck for divers to explore. Please note that a permit is required from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources if you intend to visit the site.

The Ardrossan Golf Course is one of the Yorke Peninsula's most playable. The 18-hole course has green fairways and a scenic town route.

The township is well serviced with a huge Foodland supermarket, 2 hotels, chemist, bottle shop, opportunity shops, takeaway, butcher, chemist, tourist information and general retail.

Tiddy Widdy Beach is a short 5 minute drive north, and Rogues Point and James Well are located 10 minutes to the south.

Ardrossan is located approximately a 90 minute drive from Adelaide, following the B86 road from Port Wakefield.
