Located on the Pine Point esplanade with beach access right across the road & uninterrupted coastal views, Pine Lodge is a 2-storey holiday house with everything needed for a Yorke Peninsula beach holiday.
Pine Lodge has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. Upstairs is a queen bedroom; and downstairs are 3 bedrooms – queen, double, 2 single. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay.
Upstairs an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity & toilet adjoins the master queen bedroom, with an additional toilet on the upper level. Downstairs the main bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity & separate toilet.
Pine Lodge is air-conditioned on both levels of the holiday house, with a reverse cycle split-system air-conditioner in the upstairs living area and downstairs lounge room. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the upstairs lounge room.
The upstairs living area is spacious and open plan, with the lounge room, dining & kitchen adjoining the wide balcony offering direct sea views.
There is a large television in the upstairs lounge room with plenty of seating choices, along with a CD player, board games, books & jigsaws for guests to enjoy during their holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped with and induction cooktop, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer & automatic coffee machine.
Adjacent to the kitchen & indoor dining area, the balcony has a dining table and seating for outdoor dining with 180-degree views of the St Vincent Gulf coastline.
Downstairs, the lounge room has seating options and a large television.
At the rear of the holiday house, there is an outdoor dining area with a Weber Q barbecue and charcoal barbecue (guests will need to bring their own charcoal to use and be aware of fire regulations).
For those coming to fish or rake for Blue Swimmer crabs in the shallow waters off Pine Point, a fish cleaning sink and crab cooker is provided at the holiday accommodation.
There is off-street driveway parking for up to 3 cars, with room for a boat.
In Pine Point, the caravan park offers a kiosk and small store for daily needs; or head north for a short drive to Ardrossan where there are shopping and dining options including a large supermarket, hardware store, chemist, cafes, bakeries, hotels and much more.
