Number 99A at Black Point is an absolute beachfront executive double storey duplex property with 180 degree views of the Black Point shacks and bay.
There are three bedrooms which sleep up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Quilts & pillows are supplied and guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea-towels) with them for their stay.
Number 99A has one bathroom with a shower (no bath), and two toilets.
The lounge area has a television with DVD, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The children will enjoy the large area upstairs complete with a table tennis table, used as a games room.
This property has a balcony overlooking the water The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and medium size refrigerator with freezer.
The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has a reverse cycle air conditioner both upstairs and downstairs.
The shaded outdoor area has a large hooded barbecue and there is a fish cleaning sink at the rear. The large rear yard provides plenty of off-street parking for cars and boats.
Please note pets are not permitted and a two night minimum applies. Number 99A and 99B can be booked separately or together; sleeping 16 guests when booked together.
