Bay Watch can accommodate up to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults) across 3 bedrooms. The bedding configuration includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom with a trio bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) and a trundle bed. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, and guests can bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels, or linen can be hired.

The bathroom at Bay Watch includes a walk-in shower with assistance rails and a separate vanity area, along with a separate toilet fitted with an assistance rail. A hairdryer and hair straightener are also provided for guest convenience.

The open plan living area at the holiday accommodation features reverse cycle split system air-conditioning, ceiling fans in the lounge, dining and queen bedrooms, with additional portable fans and heating available. The living area includes the kitchen, dining and lounge space, with sea views and direct access to the front verandah entertaining area. The lounge room offers a range of seating options, a television with HDMI port, DVD player, DVDs, books and board games.

The kitchen at Bay Watch is well-equipped for cooking and entertaining, with a gas stovetop and electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring compatible standard capsules), and a large fridge with freezer on the bottom. A wide selection of appliances is available including an icemaker, slow cooker, sandwich press, kettle, toaster, stick mixer, SodaStream, air fryer, rice cooker and pizza oven. A large dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals.

Bay Watch includes a front load washing machine and iron, with a pull-up clothesline located at the rear of the house.

The front verandah is a standout feature of Bay Watch, offering a spacious entertaining area with 180-degree absolute beachfront views. There is outdoor seating and dining, Adirondack chairs, a Weber Q gas barbecue, and a chiminea for cooler evenings. An outdoor shower is also available after a day on the beach.

There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars and a boat in the unfenced yard, with the Black Point boat ramp just a short drive away and there is a fish cleaning sink for guests who enjoy fishing.

Pets are welcome inside at Bay Watch by prior arrangement with Country Getaways. Just let the Country Getaways staff know when making a booking if you would like to bring a pet (dogs only) with you for your stay.
