Sandy Toes can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests (maximum 12 adults) across 5 bedrooms. Upstairs, guests will find a queen bedroom and downstairs, there are 4 additional bedrooms, including 2 with queen beds, one with 2 trio bunk beds (top bunks are only suitable for children), and another with a queen bed. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired.

The main bathroom is located downstairs and features three-way access to a bath, walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, and a separate toilet.
