Just a short walk from the James Well beach, Pearly Shells is a single-level holiday house with everything guests need for a relaxing coastal holiday.
Pearly Shells has 3 bedrooms – queen, queen, double; sleeping up to 6 people. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired.
There is a spacious bathroom at Pearly Shells with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
This holiday accommodation has air-conditioning in the 2nd queen bedroom (cooling only), and ceiling fans in the lounge room, kitchen and queen bedrooms.

Laundry facilities for guests at the holiday accommodation include a top load washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothesline.
Guests can enjoy relaxing on the lounge seating on the front undercover deck with seaviews of Gult St Vincent. The James Well beach is within easy walking distance from the house, and the swimming beach at Rogues Point is only a 20 minute walk away.
At the rear of the house is a pergola with seating in the fenced rear yard, and barbecue facilities on the front deck.
James Well offers great opportunities for raking blue swimmer crabs during the warmer months (September to April), and guests staying at Pearly Shells can use the crab rakes, nets & tubs provided to try their hand at raking the shallows for the seafood delicacy.
There is undercover carport parking for 1 car, and off-street driveway parking for another car and a boat.
The beach is just 50 metres away via a beach access walkway just north of the holiday house, and is less than a 5 minute walk.
For shopping and dining options, Ardrossan is a short drive away with a large supermarket, chemist, hardware, takeaways, cafes, bakery & hotels.
