Amani Beach House is a self-contained holiday house located at Moonta Bay and is less than a 3-minute walk to the beach.
It is a free-standing holiday house positioned at the rear of the large block and is located behind a 2-storey private house, which has semi-permanent residents (house is often not occupied on weekends). The Amani Beach House holiday house is private, with separate driveaway access and parking.
Amani Beach House has 3 bedrooms – queen, queen, 3 x singles and can sleep up to 7 people. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use.
There is one bathroom at Amani Beach House with a shower (no bath), and toilet.
The holiday accommodation has reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge room, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and pedestal fans are provided.
The lounge room is spacious with a television with USB port and DVD player. There is also a CD player, radio and highchair.
Amani Beach House’s kitchen is small but fully equipped for your stay with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and coffee plunger (guests will need to bring their own ground beans).
At the front of the holiday house is an undercover deck with outdoor lounge and dining area, plus flat plate gas barbecue overlooking the landscaped garden and yard.
Amani Beach House has off-street parking for 2 vehicles in a long driveway, with room for a boat; plus, undercover carport parking with a clearance of 2.9 metres.
For those interested in fishing, Amani Beach House holiday house is just a short drive along Coast Road to the Moonta Bay jetty, and just a little further along is the Port Hughes jetty & boat ramp. Provided at the accommodation is a fish cleaning area and crab cooking facilities.
Being close to the beach – around 100 metres and less than 3 minutes’ walk - Amani Beach House is a great holiday rental for those with a budget for their family holiday.
