Coastal Blue

Coastal Blue is a comfortable holiday home located at Moonta Bay, offering relaxed seaside accommodation suitable for families or friends seeking a convenient getaway. With spacious living areas and easy access to the beach, Coastal Blue provides a great base for enjoying the Yorke Peninsula coastline.

Coastal Blue features 3 bedrooms comprising a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen and a single bed, and a third bedroom with a queen and a single bed, sleeping up to 8 guests. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, and guests can bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels, or hire linen through the Country Getaways office.

There is one bathroom at Coastal Blue, which includes a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity for guest convenience.

For year-round comfort, the open plan living area at Coastal Blue has reverse cycle split system air conditioning, with pedestal fans also available.

The lounge room offers a large television along with recliner and sofa seating, and guests can enjoy a selection of board games. The adjoining dining and kitchen area includes an extendable dining table and is well equipped with electric oven and stovetop, microwave, and a large refrigerator with freezer on top, plus a range of small appliances including kettle, toaster, stick mixer, sandwich press and electric beater.

Coastal Blue includes a top load washing machine, iron and ironing board, with a rotary clothesline located in the backyard for drying.

Outside, guests can relax or entertain under the undercover outdoor area, which has a hooded gas barbecue, outdoor dining and seating, as well as a sun lounge. There is seating in the front yard, and undercover fish cleaning facilities along with an outdoor shower.

The fenced rear yard provides privacy, and there is off street parking for 3 vehicles and a boat behind the fence, with additional driveway parking for 1 car.

Coastal Blue is just a 5-minute walk to the Moonta Bay beach, making it easy to enjoy the sandy shores and safe swimming. A short drive will take you to the Port Hughes boat ramp for launching a boat or fishing from the jetty.

Moonta and Port Hughes offer shopping, dining and cafés, with attractions including the Moonta Mines Museum, Moonta Mines Railway, walking trails and historic sites. Within a 30 kilometre drive you can explore the Copper Coast, including Kadina's shopping precinct, The Farm Shed Museum, and local markets and eateries, making Coastal Blue an excellent base for a relaxed Yorke Peninsula holiday.
