Salty Smiles at Port Hughes is a spacious and well-appointed single-level holiday home designed for comfort and relaxation, ideally suited for families or groups looking to enjoy a coastal escape. Located in the popular seaside town of Port Hughes, Salty Smiles offers modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout, making it an excellent base for your next holiday.

Salty Smiles features 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults as the top bunk is only suitable for children. The bedding configuration includes 2 queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with a trio bunk and a double pull-out sofa bed. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, and all linen is included with sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels supplied for your stay. A portacot is available, however guests will need to bring their own bedding. The master bedroom includes a walk-in robe for added convenience.

The home offers 2 bathrooms, including an ensuite adjoining the master bedroom with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The main bathroom includes a bath, walk-in shower, vanity and toilet, providing ample space for families or groups. A hairdryer is also available for guest use.

For year-round comfort, Salty Smiles is equipped with reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in the living area, all bedrooms and the reading nook or study area. A wood combustion heater is located in the living area, creating a cosy atmosphere during cooler months, with guests required to bring their own wood.

The spacious open-plan living area combines the kitchen and lounge room, flowing seamlessly through bifold doors to the alfresco dining area and outdoor entertaining space. The lounge includes a large wall-mounted television, soundbar, complimentary WiFi, board games and books, along with comfortable seating including armchairs and bean bags. A separate reading nook and study area provides a quiet space to unwind, also fitted with its own air-conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen at Salty Smiles includes a gas stovetop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a large fridge with freezer on the bottom. Guests receive a starter pack of complimentary Nespresso coffee pods, and additional compatible capsules can be purchased locally. Additional appliances include a kettle, 4-slice toaster, slow cooker and George Foreman grill.

Guests staying at the holiday home have a choice of dining locations, with the kitchen featuring bar stool seating at the island, while a large dining table provides ample space for shared meals in the alfresco dining area accessible through bifold doors from the main living area.

Laundry facilities include a front load washing machine, iron, ironing board and a pull-up clothes line, ensuring convenience for longer stays.

Outside, Salty Smiles continues to impress with a fully fenced rear yard featuring a lawned area, ideal for families. The alfresco dining space can be enclosed with café blinds for comfort in cooler weather.

The undercover outdoor kitchen is a standout feature, complete with sink, hooded gas barbecue, crab cooker, bar fridge, counter seating and a wall-mounted television. Fish cleaning facilities are also available, making it perfect for those enjoying local fishing. A fire pit with surrounding seating offers a great place to relax in the evenings, and a starter pack of firewood, kindling and fire starters is provided (guests can bring their own additional wood).

There is off-street driveway parking for up to 3 cars, with no guest access to the garage. The property also offers convenient rear gate access directly to The Dunes Golf Course and the CopperClub.

Salty Smiles is ideally located just a short walk from South Beach, making it easy to enjoy swimming, fishing or a leisurely stroll along the coastline. Guests can also enjoy a round of golf at The Dunes Golf Course or relax at the CopperClub, within an easy walk of Salty Smiles, making it a fantastic destination for both relaxation and adventure.

Nearby Moonta Bay and Moonta offer access to local shops, cafés and dining options, while the surrounding Copper Coast region provides a range of attractions including the Port Hughes and Moonta Bay jetties, Splash Town water park (open seasonally), Moonta Mines, scenic coastal walks, fishing charters and the historic towns of Moonta and Wallaroo.
