Located in the coastal town of Port Victoria, 63 By The Sea is a spacious and well-equipped two-storey beachfront holiday home offering spectacular views of Spencer Gulf and Wardang Island. Perfect for families or groups, 63 By The Sea provides everything needed for a relaxing seaside getaway.

Accommodating up to 12 guests, 63 By The Sea features 4 generously sized bedrooms. There is a queen bedroom upstairs with an ensuite, and another upstairs bedroom with a queen bed that also has semi-ensuite access to the main upstairs bathroom. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms each contain a queen bed and a bunk, ideal for children or extra guests. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided for all bedrooms, with guests able to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office.

The holiday house offers 3 bathrooms to comfortably cater for larger groups. The upstairs queen master bedroom has a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. A second upstairs bathroom serves the remainder of the floor as a min bathroom and is located next to the second queen bedroom for semi-ensuite access. Downstairs, guests will find a spacious main bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower and vanity, as well as a separate toilet.

Year-round comfort is assured at 63 By The Sea with reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. All bedrooms and living spaces are also fitted with ceiling fans for additional comfort during warmer months.

The open plan upstairs living area is the heart of 63 By The Sea, with a well-furnished lounge, large television, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and large fridge with bottom freezer. The kitchen also includes a range of handy appliances such as a kettle, toaster and sandwich press, along with bar stool seating at the island bench and a generous dining area. A high chair and stair gate are also provided for families with young children. Guests can step out onto the large balcony and enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the outdoor seating area.

Downstairs offers a second living area with lounge seating, a wall-mounted television, and direct access to the front deck. A kitchenette with a sink, kettle, toaster and bar fridge, as well as a dining area, provides additional space for entertaining or relaxing.

A front-load washing machine, iron, ironing board and pull-up clothesline are available in the laundry area for guest use.

Outdoors, 63 By The Sea continues to impress with a fully fenced yard, lawned areas at both the front and rear and a comfortable outdoor entertaining space with lounge seating overlooks the rear yard, making it an ideal spot for casual evenings.

The enclosed outdoor kitchen is perfect for preparing meals or cleaning the day's catch. Facilities in the outdoor kitchen include a Weber Q gas barbecue, crab cooker with gas ring and large pot, fish cleaning sink, and a fridge with freezer.

Off-street driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, with a separate boat parking area accessible via Island View Road and a gate to the property. A boat washdown facility is also located on the lawned area near the boat parking.

63 By The Sea is just minutes away from the beach and scenic walking trails along the coastline. The Port Victoria boat ramp is only a short drive away for those wanting to head out on the water.

Local shops, a hotel, and dining options are all within easy reach in the township of Port Victoria. The region also offers opportunities to explore maritime history at the Port Victoria Maritime Museum, take fishing charters, or enjoy a trip to nearby towns such as Minlaton or Maitland for more shopping, cafés and regional experiences.

About Port Victoria

Port Victoria is located on the western coastline of Yorke Peninsula and has a wealth of maritime heritage for history lovers.

Anyone with a love for the sea and its history must visit Port Victoria, which is known as the last of the windjammer ports. The small Port Victoria Maritime Museum at the start of the jetty showcases the town's history and maritime heritage and is well worth a visit.

Today Port Victoria is a paradise for fishers and divers alike. The Port Victoria Jetty is long and popular with swimmers and fishers.

The Wardang Island Maritime Heritage Trail offers 8 shipwrecks surrounding the nearby waters off Wardang Island.  You can explore these and the underwater diving trail is very popular with divers. If you’re not a diver, there are 6 land-based interpretative signs.

The popular Port Victoria Geology Trail goes from south of the jetty for 4km to Rifle Butts Beach. Pick up a brochure for this trail from the local shop. There are also foreshore walking trails, stretching both north and south from the jetty.

Port Victoria has a hotel, takeaway and general store. Nearby Maitland is just 10 minutes drive to the north for all other needs including hardware store, chemist and bakery.

For something completely different you can experience 40,000 years of aboriginal dreaming, culture and heritage by joining a tour with Aboriginal Cultural Tours - Adjahdura Land, Yorke Peninsula. This award-winning tour operator has tours of nearby Point Pearce and its Aboriginal lands.  It also takes tour groups to Innes National Park at the foot of Yorke Peninsula.

Port Victoria is located approximately 2 hours from Adelaide.
