Al Mare (Italian for ‘the sea’) is a stunning beachfront executive property at Port Victoria, perfect for a large group of families travelling together or corporate retreat.
Al Mare Apartments & Function Centre is also available for small private functions and walking distance to the Port Victoria Hotel and jetty. The main house comprises 2 self-contained apartments with its large beachfront deck providing 180 degree sea views. An additional 2 self-contained apartments located at the rear of the main house can be rented which will cater for up to 18 guests.
You can gather in the spacious beachfront Clubhouse, situated between 2 self-contained apartments overlooking the Pt Victoria beachfront and take in the sea views. Why not play a game of billiards, watch your favourite sport game or simply relax on the front deck and watch the sun set over Spencer Gulf & Wardang Island?
Al Mare has a large undercover entertainment area adjacent to the additional accommodation which is a great space to enjoy a barbeque. The large table provides a space for outdoor dining with friends and family, and the giant chess board is available for guests to use.
The central Clubhouse is part of the main house with beachfront view, a large lounge/entertainment area with polished wood floors and a pool table .
It is set up as 3 open space rooms, and is ideal for small functions (maximum 70 guests). Al Mare sleeps up to 12 guests in the main house, and another 6 guests in the additional accommodation; catering for a total of 18 guests when the whole complex is booked.
Al Mare Apartments & Function Centre is available for small functions and provides versatile seating options with a billiards table, bar and 2 televisions.
