The bedding configuration includes 3 queen bedrooms upstairs, a bedroom with a trio bunk featuring a double on the bottom and single on the top along with an additional bunk, and a downstairs bedroom with a single bed and trundle. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, however guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels; or optional linen hire is available for added convenience.

The master queen bedroom features a walk-in robe and opens onto a private balcony with comfortable lounge seating, offering peaceful sea views across Spencer Gulf.

There are 3 bathrooms at the holiday accommodation, with an ensuite adjoining the master bedroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The main upstairs bathroom offers convenient 3-way access and includes a bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet and vanity, along with a hairdryer. A downstairs powder room with toilet and vanity provides additional convenience for guests.

Guests comfort in all seasons is catered for with reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in the upstairs master bedroom and the downstairs open plan living area. Ceiling fans are installed in all upstairs queen bedrooms as well as the downstairs bedroom to ensure comfort throughout the home.
