Ramsay House

Ramsay House is a spacious and well-appointed single level holiday home located in the coastal town of Port Vincent, offering comfortable accommodation for families and groups looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside escape. Ideally positioned within easy walking distance to the foreshore and town centre, Ramsay House provides a convenient and inviting base to experience all that Port Vincent has to offer.

Ramsay House features 4 bedrooms, comprising 2 queen bedrooms, a double bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with a trio bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on the top, along with an additional single bed, sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum 9 adults). Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, and guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels; or linen hire is available as an optional extra for added convenience.

The accommodation includes an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet, as well as a main 3-way bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bath, spacious vanity and a separate toilet, providing ample facilities for larger groups staying at Ramsay House.

For year-round comfort, Ramsay House offers reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in the living area, along with ceiling fans in all bedrooms to ensure a pleasant stay in warmer months.

The spacious open plan living area at Ramsay House brings together the lounge, kitchen and dining spaces, creating a welcoming environment for relaxing and entertaining. The lounge room features comfortable sofa seating and a large wall-mounted television with HDMI and USB ports, along with a selection of board games, jigsaws and puzzles for guest enjoyment. Complimentary WiFi is also available for guests at Ramsay House, perfect for families or those working remotely.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer on bottom, and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, with guests required to bring compatible standard capsules or purchase locally. Additional appliances include a kettle, toaster and sandwich press, with bar stool seating at the kitchen counter and a large dining table completing the space.

Laundry facilities at Ramsay House include a front load washing machine, clothes airer and a pull-up clothesline outside for added convenience during your stay.

Outside, Ramsay House offers a large undercover entertaining area on the deck with direct access to the living area, complete with outdoor seating and dining and a hooded electric barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends. The holiday house also provides fish cleaning facilities for those coming to fish, a beach trolley with beach supplies, and is accessible with ramp access at the front of the house.

Guests have access to off-street driveway parking for up to 3 cars, with additional off-street parking available off Lulu Court suitable for a boat and car or 2 cars. A tennis set is also available for use at the nearby tennis court, just a short walk from Ramsay House.

Ramsay House is located less than a 10-minute walk to the Port Vincent foreshore and main street, where guests can enjoy swimming beaches, a jetty, playgrounds, and a range of dining and shopping options. Port Vincent is well known for its excellent fishing and boating, with a convenient boat ramp and sheltered waters making it ideal for a day on the water.

Within an easy drive, visitors can explore beyond Port Vincent experiencing scenic drives, historic jetties, scenic coastline, local markets, coastal lookouts, local business and producers, and relaxed seaside villages, making Ramsay House an ideal base for discovering the natural beauty and laid-back lifestyle of the region.
