Milliana House invites you to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the best of coastal living with thoughtful extras to help guests make the most of their Yorke Peninsula holiday. This comfortable and well-equipped single-level holiday home located at North Beach is designed for families and small groups, offering relaxed seaside comfort with space to spread out and reconnect. Just a short stroll from the sand, it's the perfect base for beach days, fishing, sunset walks, and memorable getaways.

Sleeping up to 6 guests, Milliana House features 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds (4 singles) ideal for families or friends travelling together. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels; or optional linen hire is available through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is also available, with guests required to provide all bedding for use.

The bathroom at Milliana House includes a 2-person spa bath perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, plus a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet, with the added convenience of a hairdryer provided.

At the heart of the home, the light-filled open plan living area comprises the lounge room, kitchen and dining space, creating an ideal area for gatherings, whether you're sharing meals, enjoying a movie night, or simply relaxing after a day by the water. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning keeps the holiday house comfortable year-round, and the lounge room offers sofa seating, a large smart television, board games, children's books and complimentary WiFi access for guests staying at the holiday house.

The kitchen at Milliana House is well equipped for holiday cooking and entertaining, featuring an electric stovetop and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large fridge with freezer on top. Additional appliances include a kettle, 4-slice toaster, toastie maker, air fryer, waffle maker and electric frypan.

Bar stool seating at the kitchen counter is an ideal space for leisurely breakfasts, while the large dining table, and a highchair for younger guests provides plenty of room for meals and indoor gatherings, and is made for easy, shared moments.

Laundry facilities at Milliana House include a top load washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and pull-up clothesline located in the rear yard.

Step outside and discover where Milliana House truly shines. The spacious undercover entertaining area with outdoor seating and dining is perfect for long, relaxed afternoons cooking up a seafood feast or enjoying a drink while the sea breeze rolls in. Guests can fire up the hooded gas barbecue, with crab cooking facilities to enjoy locally caught blue swimmer crabs, and the chest freezer in the entertaining area is conveniently located for storing freshly caught seafood.

Additional outdoor features which make this holiday house perfectly set up for coastal living include totem tennis and soccer game sets, boogie boards, beach toys, a fish cleaning sink and a fire pit with a starter pack of wood provided (guests are required to bring any additional firewood and observe local fire regulations).

Pet owners will love the fully fenced rear yard, offering a place for furry companions to play and enjoy. Pets are welcome inside at Milliana House by prior arrangement with Country Getaways, just let the Country Getaways staff know when making a booking if you would like to bring a pet with you for your stay.

With generous off-street driveway parking for up to 3 cars with room for a boat, Milliana House offers more than just a place to stay, it delivers a complete, beachside experience and is ideal for fishing trips and family beach holidays.

Located less than a 2-minute walk from beach access to North Beach, Milliana House places you right where you want to be, close enough to hear the ocean and easy to slip down for a swim, beach walk, fish, or sunset stroll. A short drive takes guests into Wallaroo where shopping, cafes, restaurants and boat launching facilities are available.
