Palm Breeze

Palm Breeze is a spacious two-storey holiday home located at North Beach Wallaroo, ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. Offering modern comfort and a range of features across two levels, this property provides everything needed for an enjoyable stay on Yorke Peninsula.

With 4 bedrooms, Palm Breeze accommodates up to 12 guests (maximum 8 adults, with top bunks suitable only for children). The master king bedroom is located upstairs, and the other 3 downstairs bedrooms comprise a queen room and 2 bunk rooms, each with 2 sets of single bunks (4 single beds in each bedroom). Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, and guests can bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels, or choose the optional linen hire available through the Country Getaways office.

The master king bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. A separate toilet with vanity is located upstairs, while the main downstairs bathroom includes a bath, walk-in shower and vanity, along with a separate downstairs toilet for convenience.

For year-round comfort, Palm Breeze has reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout the accommodation.

Upstairs, the open plan living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with gas stovetop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a large side-by-side fridge/freezer with plumbed water dispenser. The adjoining dining area has a large table with seating, and the lounge room features comfortable sofa seating with direct access to the balcony.

The upstairs balcony offers distant sea views across Wallaroo and overlooks the playground opposite, with outdoor dining, a bar table with seating, a hanging egg chair and a ceiling fan, providing a great place to relax or entertain.

Downstairs, the spacious family room includes a comfortable chaise lounge, a large wall-mounted television with USB and HDMI ports, WiFi access, and a range of board games, toys and outdoor games to enjoy.

The laundry includes a front load washing machine, clothes dryer, wall-mounted clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

Outside, guests can make use of the hooded gas barbecue, fenced rear yard and large lawned area, perfect for children to play. There is a fire pit for cool evenings (guests need to bring their own wood and observe local fire regulations).

Parking options include an undercover carport for 2 cars, additional parking in the fenced yard for 2 more vehicles or a car and boat, and space on the driveway for extra parking.

Palm Breeze is ideally located opposite the North Shores Playground, which offers play equipment and barbecue facilities, and just a 10-minute walk from sandy North Beach. Wallaroo's foreshore, boat ramp, and main street with shopping and dining are only a short drive away.

Guests staying at Palm Breeze can explore the attractions of Wallaroo and the surrounding Yorke Peninsula region and within a short drive are the heritage townships of Moonta and Kadina, offering museums, historic sites and shopping. Local dining options include cafes and pubs along the Wallaroo marina and foreshore, while fishing, boating, and swimming are popular along the coastline.

The holiday house's convenient location makes it an excellent base for enjoying nearby beaches, coastal walks and family activities throughout the Copper Coast and northern Yorke Peninsula region.
